InHouse Realty was dreamed up and put in motion by Kelly Burns, Scott and
Lise
Hunt,. These are a bunch of smart, artsy, energetic people whose

Melanie. our Transaction
Coordinator, joined the group last August. She has been assisting with sale
closings and keeping things sanely organized. The mother of 112, Melanie's
organizational skills stem from her uncanny ability to remember all of her kids'
names. Her chicken fried accent grows exponentially with her annoyance.
Judy is also fairly new; she joined us just a few
days after I came along. She handles the finances; keeping track of billing and
payroll. All the stuff the rest of us would get a headache from.
Lise
Hunt, Scott’s wife, is an amazing photographer. She’s very
friendly, fun, and talented. Lise's award-winning photography is featured in our
print ad campaigns and on this website.
Kelly Burns is our Managing Broker. Kelly is about as far away
from the Navy Blazer and Tan Pants real estate agent image as you can imagine.
His keen instincts for great deals and sharp mind for details makes him a kind
of friendly land shark-- the kind you want working on your behalf.
Scott Hunt is the nicest guy in the world. The President and
Co-Owner of InHouse Realty is the least corporate-looking fellow you could
imagine. Jovial and easy going, Scott's creative deal making and quiet
determination to get everyone--and I do mean everyone--into their own home is
the perfect compliment to Kelly's strategic land shark.
Our Offices are
an eclectic blend of corporate chic and Bohemian art gallery. The postmodern
decor is custom designed by Scott, who holds an advanced degree in architecture.
Both Kelly and Scott have backgrounds in construction, which also makes them
uniquely qualified to spot those unexpected opportunities--those
diamonds-in-the-rough that Kelly and Scott know, right away, can be polished

Raised in Colorado, Kelly Burns has seen many changes in the Southern
Colorado area and stays up on what is affecting the real estate market in our
area. Has many passions including mountain biking, water and snow skiing,
hiking, music and art. Always looking for new possibilities in the real estate
world, his construction background has well served many clients in the past and
will continue to do so in the future. Clients expect you to get them the best
deal in the shortest amount of time, and we are committed to deliver on that
expectation. "Do it, do it right, and do it right now!"
An Arizona native, Scott Hunt owes his keen eye for great real estate
investment buys to his extensive background in construction and advertising. A
genuinely kind and friendly person, Scott's laid-back and low-key demeanor is
the last thing you'd expect from a real estate salesman. His natural gift for
putting people at ease and his sharp instincts for deal-making makes him a real
estate buyer's best and first investment.
Scott and Kelly met in Real Estate School and became good friends
immediately. Kelly was trained at Coldwell Banker by some of the best in the
business. Scott was running a high end print shop and marketing business.
Together they believed they could do things much better than the competition in
the real estate world.
InHouse Realty was born out of that belief and commitment.
That commitment is what drives InHouse to find new and creative ways in which to
serve it's clients.
